
The affordable housing lottery has launched for 2266 Pacific Street, a four-story residential development in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Designed by Asher Hershkowitz Architect, the 9,302-square-foot building will yield nine units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $75,360 to $159,640.
Residential amenities include a shared laundry room, security cameras, and a virtual doorman. Units include dishwashers, air-conditioning, hardwood floors, and either a patio or balcony.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one studio with a $2,198 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $75,360 to $118,300; one one-bedroom with a $2,310 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $79,200 to $133,120; and one two-bedroom with a $2,791 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $95,692 to $159,640.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 8, 2021.
