Developed by Stagg Group and designed by WMW Architects, the 50-unit building will yield 53,775 square feet with half of the units designated as affordable housing. Available on NYC Housing Connect are a mix of studios, one-, and two-bedroom units for residents at 120 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $56,572 to $147,360.

At 120 percent of the AMI, there are eight affordable studios with a $1,650 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $56,572 to $109,200; 14 one-bedrooms with a $1,750 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $60,000 to $122,880; and three two-bedrooms with a $2,000 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $68,572 to $147,360.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 2, 2021.
