At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two studios with a monthly rent of $1,800 for incomes ranging from $61,715 to $124,150; two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,960 for incomes ranging from $67,200 to $139,620; and six two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,180 for incomes ranging from $74,743 to $167,570.
